How to properly break in your ROTO-Q 360 Rotisserie?

  1. Wind the Power Core fully (about 40 turns).
  2. Place the 360 Power Core in the oven and pull the trigger.
  3. Set the temperature to 350 degrees and run for 45 minutes.
  4. Allow the Power Core to cool for 15 minutes.
  5. Repeat process 1-2 times to fully break in the oven.

How long can it rotate continuously per wind-up?

Up to 60 minutes per full wind

How do I set it up?

  1. Unfold the frame and lock the legs at all 4 corners.
  2. Attach the Power Core to the frame.
  3. Wind the Power Core fully (40 turns = ~60 minutes) before loading food.
  4. Load your food securely onto the 3-prong spit or accessory.
  5. Place the Roto-Q 360 into your oven, grill, or over your fire, and let it rotate automatically.













Is it safe to use?

Yes, it is designed with safety in mind for both indoor and outdoor cooking.

How do I maintain it?

  • Clean after each use – wash all food-contact parts (basket, spit, cage, drip tray, etc.) promptly to prevent buildup.
  • Do not immerse the Power Core – wipe it gently with alcohol wipes or a lightly damp cloth.
  • Store properly – collapse the frame and keep the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or moisture.
