Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Authorization
For us to accept a return, you must contact us first to authorize the return before sending it. Include the following information to have your return processed as quickly as possible:
- Your original order number
- The condition of your item
- The number of parcels that you would like to return
- The reason for your return
Email us at support@rotoq360.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

We accept exchanges for equal or greater value. Price differences and shipping fees will apply.
