Prep the Sausages: Trim and cut the sides of the sausages evenly so they are uniform and ready to cook.
Load the RotoQ 360: Place the sausages onto the RotoQ 360 three-prong attachment, arranging them securely one by one.
Wind Up the RotoQ 360: Wind up the RotoQ 360 to charge the mechanism and prepare it for rotation.
Start Cooking: Insert the three-prong attachment with the sausages into the RotoQ 360 and place it in your smoker, grill, or oven to cook.
Cook for 20 Minutes: Let the sausages rotate and cook for 20 minutes, then stop the RotoQ 360 with the sausages resting in the flat, upright position for easy topping.
Add the Pizza Toppings: Generously top the sausages with mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and pepperoni.
Melt the Cheese: Return the sausages to the heat and cook until the cheese is fully melted and gooey.
