Smoked Polynesian Wings
Elevate your next cookout with these incredibly easy and delicious Smoked Polynesian Wings! We take fresh chicken wings, toss them in oil and Vaquero Signature Seasoning, and spin them to crispy perfection in a rotisserie basket before generously glazing them in Melinda's Sweet & Spicy Polynesian sauce.
Method

Prep the Wings: Place the raw chicken wings into a large tray and drizzle them evenly with oil to help the spices stick better and guarantee a crispier skin.
Season Generously: Coat the oiled wings thoroughly with the Vaquero Signature Seasoning.
Mix Well: Toss the wings in the tray until every single piece is evenly coated with the spice blend.
Load the Basket: Transfer your seasoned wings into the RotoQ 360 Rotisserie Basket, securing them inside for an even cook.
Cook Until Crispy: Place the rotisserie basket into your smoker, grill, or oven and cook at 400°F for about 45–60 minutes, or until the skin is beautifully golden and crispy.
