Garlic Herb Chicken

Garlic Herb Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Chicken breast (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper

Instructions:

Toss the chicken cubes in the oil, lemon, and spices. Marinate for 30 minutes. Thread the chicken evenly onto your Roto-Q skewers and lock them into the rotisserie wheel. Wind up the Roto-Q 360 and let it spin over your heat source for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is golden and fully cooked.

Savory Steak Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Sirloin or Ribeye (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Black pepper & garlic powder

Instructions:

Coat the steak cubes in soy sauce, Worcestershire, and spices. Thread the meat onto the skewers, leaving a tiny bit of space between cubes for even roasting. Lock into the Skewer accessory, wind the Roto-Q 360, and roast for 15-20 minutes depending on your preferred level of doneness.

Butter-Basted Lobster

Butter-Basted Lobster

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Lobster tails (shelled & chunked)
  • 3 tbsp Melted butter
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • Fresh parsley & lemon wedges

Instructions:

Thread the lobster tail chunks gently onto the skewers. Mix the melted butter and minced garlic, and generously baste the lobster. Lock the skewers into the rotisserie wheel. Wind the Roto-Q 360 and roast for 10-12 minutes until the lobster is completely opaque and tender. Serve with lemon.
