Can I put the Power Core in the dishwasher?
No. The Power Core should never be placed in the dishwasher. Clean it with alcohol wipes. Every other component — frame, attachments and drip tray — is dishwasher safe.
Will it work with my grill, smoker or oven?
Yes. The ROTO-Q 360 works with grills, smokers and ovens, indoors and out. Ovens need at least 17 inches (44 cm) of width.
What is the maximum cooking time and temperature?
Winding the Power Core dial 40 turns gives up to 60 minutes of continuous rotation. Rewind to cook for longer. Maximum recommended temperature is 572°F (300°C).
How do I break in my ROTO-Q 360?
Place the clean Power Core in your oven with no food inside, set the oven to 350°F (177°C) and let it run one full wind before first use.
How long does shipping take?
US orders after processing: 2–3 business days on the West Coast, 3–5 in the Mid-West, 5–7 on the East Coast. International orders take 7–14 days.
