"The addition of this to my gas grill produced the juiciest chicken I've ever had. Be sure your chicken is in the weight limit or it will drag across the drip pan, made that mistake already. It takes 40 cranks to get one hour, so you need to monitor it. Looking forward to see what else I can cook on it."

    The Power Core should never be placed in the dishwasher. To clean it, use alcohol wipes to remove any grease or oil buildup.

    What is the maximum cooking time and temperature ?

    Fully winding the Power Core dial 40 turns provides up to 60 minutes of continuous rotation. To cook longer, simply rewind and repeat. The maximum recommended temperature is 570°F (300°C).

    What type of ovens can I use with the Roto-Q 360?

    The Roto-Q 360 works with most ovens, including conventional, convection, and precision cookers like the Anova Precision Oven. For specific model questions, please contact us at support@rotoq360.com.

    Note: Requires an oven width of at least 17 inches (44 cm).

    How to properly break in your ROTO-Q 360 Rotisserie ?

    1. Place the clean Power Core in your oven (no food inside).
    2. Set the oven to 350°F (177°C).
    3. Let it run for 40 minutes to initiate the seasoning process.
    4. Turn off the oven and allow the Power Core to cool for 15 minutes.
    5. Repeat the process 1–2 more times for optimal performance and durability.
